Otto Foerster has been working in the insurance Property & Casualty agent his entire professional life. Otto focuses on highly technical, hard-to-place Casualty risks geared towards Cyber, TCPA, FCRA, FDCPA, Can-Spam, Debt Collectors, Telemarketers, Online Marketers/Advertisers, and start-up businesses that care about mitigating regulatory risk.
Otto has developed a strong network of CPAs, Attorneys, and Compliance teams to assist with the growing needs in the space. He speaks the language where most insurance agents do not understand the business model of this specific class of business. Based in Florida there is a big need for CAT exposed Property insurance, there are many opportunities where Otto and his team can do things others are unable or unwilling to do themselves for Condominiums, Shopping Centers, Office Buildings and Apartments. When not working on insurance, Otto has enjoys time with his wife, Mariana, and 2 daughters.
